The Capital Towers is a joint development project of Federal Land and Metrobank. Strategically located at E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue, Quezon City near Aurora Boulevard and Araneta Avenue, this three-tower, master-planned community enjoys the prestige of proximity to Timog, Tomas Morato, and Cubao. The Capital Towers offers stylish and elegant design from inside out, with a full range of first-class amenities that can turn into your own urban retreat.
The Capital Towers is set to redefine living in Quezon City’s high-end community with the construction of its second tower along E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue – the Beijing Tower.

(turn over December 2012)
“The Beijing Tower is a fitting follow-up to the Athens Tower, our first project in QC,” said Dennis Lim, FVP of Federal Land Inc., developer of The Capital Towers. “Interesting to note is that these two towers were named after capital cities that hosted the Olympic Games in 2004 and 2008, respectively.”
The target completion date for Beijing in 2013 is still far ahead, but Lim said a significant number of units have already been pre-sold, reflecting the project’s appeal to investors, executives, young professionals and start-up couples.
The 38-storey Beijing Tower is the second development in the new community. Much like the Athens Tower that was inspired by Grecian and Mediterranean features, the Beijing Tower will have a distinct Oriental spirit beginning at its lobby.
Beijing Tower will have 25-sqm studio units, 35-sqm one-bedroom, 44-sqm one-bedroom deluxe, 50 to 64-sqm junior two-bedroom units and 81sqm. three-bedroom units.. All corner units can easily be combined to form
bigger units fit for growing families.
The finishes of the ceiling is aimed to maximize the height of the area. Glass window panes will allow natural lighting and ventilation to flow inside the units while a garbage disposal system will be carried out to effectively manage waste.
Thirty floors of Beijing Tower will be devoted to residential condominiums while four floors will be allotted for parking spaces. One floor will be for commercial units.
The finished commercial area in the Athens Tower now houses a Metrobank branch and a National Bookstore, 7-ELEVEN, Bo's coffee and Panciteria Lido.
Come home to a place where there is freedom
Like the Athens Tower, Beijing Tower is sure to draw attention with its unique value proposition and architectural design. The lobby of Athens Tower, for instance, features a mural display of Greek ambience. On the other hand, Beijing Tower will welcome residents with an Oriental-inspired atrium.
Whether you choose a home in a lower or higher floor, the views from your windows are nothing but spectacular. Available views include: Amenities view, Manila view, Makati Skyline view and Manila Bay view. Whatever unit you choose, you will surely find the perfect home for you and your family.
The Capital Towers: 8th to 19th Floor PlanThe Capital Towers: 20th to 25th Floor Plan
The Capital Towers: 26th-35th Floor Plan (Home, Biz, Office or Shop pad)
The 26th-35th Floors were converted into Home, Business, Office or Shop pads (HOBS), which are ideal for doctor’s or dental office, travel agency or small business office. HOBS ranges from 24 sq.m. to 44 sq.m.
The Beijing Tower and the Athens Tower are both nestled on a podium, which will house amenities such as a swimming pool, wading pool, reflecting pool and garden, jogging path, gym/fitness center and children’s playground, a function room, another garden for jogging or meditation, a daycare center and a business center.
The project has a strategic address as it connects to the business centers in Cubao and the nightlife spots in Tomas Morato.
The road, likewise, is lined with key commercial establishments, including academic institutions, hospitals, churches, shopping centers, and recreational hubs.
